Couldn't load the application

This usually happens when more than one Google account is signed in on this browser. Try these in order:

Sign out of extra Google accounts

Tap your profile picture (top-right of any Google page) → sign out of every account except your work one → try the link again.

Or use an Incognito window

Chrome menu (⋮) → New Incognito Window → paste this link → sign in with only your work account.

Still stuck? Clear Google's cookies

Chrome Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies → "See all site data" → search google.com → Remove → sign back in. This signs you out of Gmail too.
